Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to call attention to the importance of the school organizational dimension for lhe understanding of the creative and innovative process in its specificity in this context. The main direction of the work related to the development of creativity and innovation in school are presented. Its main purpose is to call attention to the fact that the school organizational system has not yet sufficiently taken into consideration, analysing some of the related factors which could justify the present situation. It calls attention on the need of na approach of the school as na organization and its possibilities to understand the educational process both in its complexity and its multiple determinations, specially when dealing with the understanding of teachers and student's creativity development. The paper focus the school as an organization and depicts specific aspects related to lhe organizational culture and climate, which might contribute to the increment of the organization innovation level as a whole, as well as the development of its staff creativity.
