TL;DR: In this paper, a general scheme for removing the divergencies in QFT is proposed, starting from the hypothesis of a material carrier of the EMF, the Planck formula E = hv is generalized, statistical sense is ascribed to the Plancker action quantum, and a general approach is proposed.
