Abstract: Проблемы повышения качества подготовки специалистов являются особо актуальными. На примере СПБ ГУАП рассматриваются вопросы деятельности университетов, в частности показан накопленный опыт использования стандартов принятых и применяемых к проектам и процессам деятельности университетов. Рассматривается стандарт 15288-08, который посвящѐн системной инженерии и процессам жизненного цикла систем. На его основе анализируются стадии жизненного цикла и раскрываются иерархии процессов любого проекта или систем университетов, описываются процессы в структурных подразделениях вуза, разграничиваются полномочия и ответственность, выявляются индикаторы эффективности процессов, разрабатываются формы для регистрации данных. Далее выстраивается развивающаяся система менеджмента качества вуза, которая позволяет эффективно управлять процессами, действиями и заданиями на всех уровнях. Внутренний аудит позволяет оценить степень готовности структурных подразделений вуза работать качественно, в соответствии с требованиями стандарта ISO 9001: 2008. Abstract: This article demonstrates the importance of bringing technical service support to the forefront of planning major shifts in library collections or services and discusses the impact innovative technical services work can have in reshaping the library landscape. Though technical service work is often performed outside of public view, and, in fact, is often overlooked as the resource it can be within the library, the potential is there for technical services to provide invaluable support in adopting new programs and services in direct support of patron needs and campus priorities. Several examples of recent initiatives are used as case studies to illustrate these points.

Abstract: Quality Function Deployment is one of the best management tools of TQM. QFD helps in come across the customer’s needs and requirements before actually delivering the product or service to the customer. This paper is based on the review of various literatures, research papers and study in a technical institute. Having a basic part of QFD in education, the purpose of this paper is to identify the technical parameters towards the fulfillment of customer’s (student) requirements obtained through the questionnaire in respect to improve the quality of education in a technical institute.
