TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a multi-dimensional analysis and comparison of variables at all levels of planned action for tourism planning, and show that even if consistency could be established, an aggregation of feasibility studies could not represent real planning for tourism.
Abstract: answers relating to his firm’s questions as to economic potential. These are seldom of value to governmental tourism agencies. Because the definitions, standards, and methods used by industry are not mutually consistent, it is virtually impossible to make comparisons. Even if consistency could be established, an aggregation of feasibility studies could not represent real planning for tourism. Hence, there is need to develop a multi-dimensional analysis and comparison of variables at all levels of planned action.
