Synthesis and luminescent properties of prospective Ce3+ doped silicate garnet phosphors for white LED converters
Nicholas M. Khaidukov,T. Zorenko,A. Iskaliyeva,Kazimierz Paprocki,Miroslaw Batentschuk,Andres Osvet,R. Van Deun,Ya. Zhydaczevskii,Andrzej Suchocki,Yu. Zorenko +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the results on crystallization and investigation of the luminescent properties of prospective ceramic phosphors based on the Ce3+ doped {Ca2R}[ScB](CSi2)O12 (R = Lu, Y, Gd; B = Sc, Ga, C = Ga, Al) silicate garnets are presented for the first time.
Journal ArticleDOI
Luminescence and energy transfer processes in Ce 3+ activated (Gd,Tb) 3 Al 5 O 12 single crystalline films
K. Bartosiewicz,Vladimir Babin,J.A. Mares,Alena Beitlerova,Yu. Zorenko,Yu. Zorenko,A. Iskaliyeva,V. Gorbenko,V. Gorbenko,Z. Bryknar,Martin Nikl +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the luminescence and scintillation properties of gadolinium terbium aluminium garnet single crystalline films, Gd3−xTbxAl5O12, doped with Ce3+ are investigated as a function of the Gd/Tb ratio with the aim of an improved understanding of the energy transfer processes between Ce3 and Tb3+ ions in the aluminium garnets hosts.
Journal ArticleDOI
Luminescence of Ce3+ multicenters in Ca2+-Mg2+-Si4+ based garnet phosphors
Vitalii Gorbenko,T. Zorenko,Sandra Witkiewicz,Kazimierz Paprocki,A. Iskaliyeva,Anna M. Kaczmarek,R. Van Deun,M.N. Khaidukov,Miroslaw Batentschuk,Yu. Zorenko +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a comparison of the luminescence properties of Ca3Sc2Si3O12:Ce and Ca2YMgScSi 3O12 :Ce single crystalline films (SCF) phosphors, grown by the liquid phase epitaxy method, was performed.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Raman spectroscopy study of the effect of thermal treatment on structural and photoluminescence properties of CVD diamond films
Anna Dychalska,Kazimierz Fabisiak,Kazimierz Paprocki,Jarosław Makowiecki,A. Iskaliyeva,Mirosław Szybowicz +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a micro-Raman spectroscopic technique is employed to investigate structural and micro-photoluminescence properties of diamond films obtained by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) on silicon substrate.
