Efficiency calculations of heterojunction solar energy converters
TL;DR: A theoretical evaluation of the maximum attainable solar conversion efficiencies of p-n and n-p heterodiodes is presented in this paper, where the Anderson diffusion model is used and carrier concentrations of the two semiconductors are so chosen that photo-carriers generated do not have to surmount any junction barrier.
Journal ArticleDOI
Diffusion of Copper in CdS Crystal from Cu2S Layer
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficiency calculations for some p‐n and n‐p heterojunctions
Journal ArticleDOI
Some physical investigations on photovoltaic effects in Cu2S-CdS heterojunctions
TL;DR: In this article, the profile of copper in CdS as a function of heat treatment has been discussed, which has a bearing on the spectral response of the Cu2S-CdS cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation and electrical properties of InSe
TL;DR: In this article, single crystals of Indium Selenide are prepared by vapour growth technique as it is difficult to prepare large single crystals by vertical Bridgman technique and the effect of stochiometric changes an...
