In this paper shows modified circuit of class-c amplifier as transmitter part and comparison of four resonant tank topologies as state of the art. The circuit design and power efficiency calculation using LTspice simulation software. The transmitter circuit is consist of 5 volt as input voltage, class-c amplifier, modified circuit LTC6992 as a gate drive n-mosfet and resonant tank. On the other hand, the receiver circuit consist of resonant tank, full wave rectifier with diode schottky which is a high efficiency diode and resistor variable as load which the value changed from 1 to $\mathbf{2, k}\Omega$ . The result shows resonant tank parallel in transmitter and series in receiver has the highest power efficiency and output voltage compared to the other topology with value 32.74% when resistance around $\mathbf{63}, \Omega$ and coupling coefficient 0.99. In addition the circuit design has resonant frequency transmitter and receiver in 250 kHz which included in power matters alliance regulation and broadband wireless forum Japan guidelines.

Comparison Topologies of Resonant Tank from Class-C Wireless Power Transfer

BACKGROUND
Although mercury sphygmomanometers are seen as the gold standard instrument for blood pressure (BP) measurement, they are being withdrawn due to safety concerns. CRAB was a cluster-randomized controlled trial in 24 family practices in Tasmania, Australia, which aimed to determine the effect of an oscillometric device on BP management.


METHODS
Cluster-randomized controlled trial. Intervention practices were supplied with automated monitors and control (usual care) practices used mercury or aneroid sphygmomanometers. They were subsequently audited by a research nurse. Usual care practice audit periods were matched to intervention practices. All analyses were intention-to-treat and adjusted for potential clustering. Differences in BP were analyzed using generalized estimating equations. All other outcomes were analyzed using multilevel mixed-effects Poisson regression. Post hoc analyses were performed to determine the mediators of changes in prescribing behavior.


RESULTS
A total of 3,355 records were reviewed (828 visits had BP recordings). The percentage of BP recordings ending in "0" was significantly lower in intervention vs. usual care practices (systolic BP (SBP) 18% (107/587) vs. 71% (233/329), diastolic BP (DBP) 20% (119/584) vs. 70% (229/328), P < 0.001). The mean of SBP recordings in the intervention group was 7.5 mm Hg (95% confidence interval (CI) 5.2, 9.9 mm Hg, P < 0.001) higher than in the usual care group. Patients taking BP lowering drugs were more likely (incidence rate ratio (IRR) 1.3, 95% CI 1.1, 1.7, P = 0.01) to have a BP lowering drug prescribed if they were in the intervention compared to the usual care.


CONCLUSIONS
Although digit preference was largely eliminated by oscillometric measurement, prescribing behavior was mediated by SBP.

Cluster randomized controlled trial of oscillometric Versus Manual Sphygmamanometer for blood pressure management in primary care (CRAB)

Hypertension is the fifth leading cause of death in Indonesia. Hypertension occurs because the blood vessels are continuously experiencing high pressure. Medical device that supports doctors and other health workers in diagnosing hypertension is sphygmomanometer. Sphygmomanometer is an instrument for measuring blood pressure. Accuracy of blood pressure measurement is very important in diagnosing hypertension. An Error in measuring blood pressure will be fatal for patients, health workers, and health facilities. So that this study aims to analyze the quality of automatic and non-automatic sphygmomanometer. This research method is in form of quantitative research based on experiments. The data was taken by using direct measurements. Measurements were carried out by using the 2018 Ministry of Health work method. Quality assessment of the sphygmomanometer was taken based on the results of sphygmomanometer calibration analysis. Automatic sphygmomanometer with the OMRON brand got score 95 and the non-automatic sphygmomanometer with the ABN brand got score 97.3. The results of the analysis showed that both tools had high accuracy of pressure measurement and were within tolerance limits. So it can be concluded that both tools are feasible to use.

Quality Analysis of Pressure Measurement Automatic Sphygmomanometer and Non-automatic Sphygmomanometer

Since this technology depends on a network to communicate, the vulnerability of the exposed devices increased significantly. Furthermore, the use of internet protocol version 6 (IPv6) as the successor to internet protocol version 4 (IPv4) as a communication protocol constituted a significant problem for the network. Hence, this protocol was exploitable for flooding attacks in the IPv6 network. As a countermeasure against the flood, this study designed an IPv6 flood attack detection by using epsilon greedy optimized Q learning algorithm. According to the evaluation, the agent with epsilon 0.1 could reach 98% of accuracy and 11,550 rewards compared to the other agents. When compared to control models, the agent is also the most accurate compared to other algorithms followed by neural network (NN), K-nearest neighbors (KNN), decision tree (DT), naive Bayes (NB), and support vector machine (SVM). Besides that, the agent used more than 99% of a single central processing unit (CPU). Hence, the agent will not hinder internet of things (IoT) devices with multiple processors. Thus, we concluded that the proposed agent has high accuracy and feasibility in a single board computer (SBC).

This study aims to develop an advanced simulator of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals and overlaid noises (electromyogram, power-line interference, baseline wander, white noise), which benefits the extended functionality of the LabVIEW Biomedical Toolkit. Interactive interface handles the visualization of time and spectral behavior of ECG, noise and mixed ECG+noise signals from Physionet databanks or artificial signal generators with advanced morphological and frequency controls. Noise-free and noisy ECG databases with fixed or randomized behavior can be thereby created for the purpose of data augmentation in machine learning arrhythmia detection strategies, or for standard performance testing of diagnostic electrocardiographs.

New insight of the implication blood pressure detection differences using aneroid sphygmomanometer and digital blood pressure on medical examination

Two important parts of wireless power transfer are transmitter circuit and receiver circuit. Previous research has been completed which use CMOS H-Bridge in transmitter and full wave rectifier in receiver. This paper presented simple design of transmitter circuit and optimization of receiver circuit in rectifier circuit with transient analysis and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) from LT spice software. The simple transmitter circuit used an integrated circuit (IC) NE555 with push-pull as oscillator circuit and LC resonant, while the receiver circuit used LC resonant, rectifier circuit, CLC filter for smoothing direct current (DC) output and 500 Ohm as load. The circuit design had resonant frequency of 250 kHz on both of transmitter and receiver, which comply with Power Matters Alliance (PMA) standard. The optimization of rectifier circuit had been done by comparing output of power load when it used basic rectifier (full wave), voltage doubler (dickson circuit and Villard circuit) and voltage multiplier (cockcroft-walton circuit). The results showed the receiver with Dickson circuit as rectifier has the highest efficiency compared to other rectifier circuits with efficiency of 10.93 % when it used coupling coefficient of 0.99, because Dickson rectifier has resonant frequency that is closest to 250 kHz and the highest level power, compared to other rectifier circuits.
