Journal ArticleDOI

Absolute measurement of the vertical cosmic ray muon intensity at 3 – 50 GeV/c near sea level☆

TL;DR: An absolute measurement of the vertical cosmic ray muon intensity at 3-50 GeV/c has been performed with a solid-iron magnetic spectrometer as mentioned in this paper, which is an average of 10% higher in intensity than those reported by the Durham group.
Journal ArticleDOI

Millimeter Wavelength Prime Resonance Spectra for High and Low-Conductivity Fibrous Aerosols

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors measured the spectral dependence of the millimeter wavelength extinction due to two fibrous aerosols over a frequency range spanning the primary attenuation peak and two conductivities, one representing polyacrylonitrile (PAN) graphite and the other is a metal-coated version incorporating the PAN core.
