Inverted quantum-dot light emitting diodes with cesium carbonate doped aluminium-zinc-oxide as the cathode buffer layer for high brightness
TL;DR: In this paper, an inverted structure of quantum-dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs) with cesium carbonate (Cs2CO3) doped aluminum-zincoxide (AZO) as the cathode buffer was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
High efficiency blue organic light-emitting diodes with below-bandgap electroluminescence.

Macedo,Anastasia Soultati,George Pistolis,Fabio Kurt Schneider,Yifan Dong,Polina Jacoutot,Georgios Rotas,Jin Jang,Georgios C. Vougioukalakis,Christos L. Chochos,Ji-Seon Kim,Nicola Gasparini +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a low triplet energy hole transporting interlayer with high mobility was designed for blue TADF-OLEDs with below bandgap electroluminescence.
Journal ArticleDOI
Stable and null current hysteresis perovskite solar cells based nitrogen doped graphene oxide nanoribbons hole transport layer.
TL;DR: This work proposes solution-processed nitrogen-doped graphene oxide nanoribbons (NGONRs) as a hole transport layer (HTL) in perovskite solar cells, replacing the conducting polymer PEDOT:PSS, and demonstrates a negligible current hysteresis along with improved stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
High performance organic photovoltaics with zinc oxide and graphene oxide buffer layers
TL;DR: Air stable inverted organic photovoltaics incorporating graphene oxide and solution processed zinc oxide as hole transport and electron transport layers, respectively are reported, of advantage in high transparency and environmental stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effects of UV-ozone irradiation on copper doped nickel acetate and its applicability to perovskite solar cells
Jeongmo Kim,Hee Ryung Lee,Hyeong Pil Kim,Tengda Lin,Anil Kanwat,Abd. Rashid bin Mohd Yusoff,Jin Jang +6 more
TL;DR: The effects of UV-ozone (UVO) irradiation on copper-doped nickel acetate and its applicability to perovskite solar cells were investigated, showing an enhanced open-circuit voltage, short circuit current, fill factor, and power conversion efficiency.
