Synthesis, Characterization, Molecular Docking, Acetylcholinesterase and α‐Glycosidase Inhibition Profiles of Nitrogen‐Based Novel Heterocyclic Compounds
I Gulcin,Olga Petrova,Parham Taslimi,Svetlana F. Malysheva,Elena Yu. Schmidt,Lyubov N. Sobenina,Nina K. Gusarova,Boris A. Trofimov,B. Tuzun,Vagif Farzaliyev,Saleh Alwasel,Afsun Sujayev +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a series of nitrogen-based novel heterocyclic compounds were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectra, and they were evaluated against the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and α-glycosidase enzymes.
Journal ArticleDOI
N-Substituted pyrimidinethione and acetophenone derivatives as a new therapeutic approach in diabetes.
Parham Taslimi,Afsun Sujayev,Muhammet Karaman,Gunel Maharramova,Nastaran Sadeghian,Sabiya Osmanova,Sabira Sardarova,Nargiz Majdi,Handan Ucun Özel,İlhami Gülçin +9 more
TL;DR: The docking results showed that the 4‐hydroxybutyl and pyrimidinethione moieties play a key role in S. cerevisiae and human α‐glycosidase inhibition.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, characterization and biological evaluation of N‐substituted triazinane‐2‐thiones and theoretical–experimental mechanism of condensation reaction
Afsun Sujayev,Parham Taslimi,Ruya Kaya,Ruya Kaya,Bahruz Safarov,Lala R. Aliyeva,Vagif Farzaliyev,İlhami Gülçin +7 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, computational and biological activity of heteroatomic compounds based on phenylthiourea and acetophenone
Vagif Farzaliyev,Aleksey Shuriberko,Afsun Sujayev,Sabiya Osmanova,Sabiya Osmanova,Sevinj Gojayeva,Konul Gahramanova +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis of new sulfur and nitrogen-containing thiourea and acetophenone derivatives that have physiological properties was devoted to a promising direction of organic chemistry, and the results showed that the greatest biological activity that can be useful in creating drugs is compound 1-(6-Methyl-3-phenyl-2-sulfanylidene-1,2,3,4tetrahydropyrimidin-5-yl)ethanone.
Journal ArticleDOI
Biological Activity and Molecular Docking Study of Some Bicyclic Structures: Antidiabetic and Anticholinergic Potentials
Parham Taslimi,Fidan N. Akhundova,Malahat M. Kurbanova,Fikret Türkan,Burak Tüzün,Afsun Sujayev,Nastaran Sadeghian,Nastaran Sadeghian,Abel M. Maharramov,Vagif Farzaliyev,İlhami Gülçin +10 more
TL;DR: Bicyclic structures were synthesized by LACASA-DA cycloaddition reaction using (S)-BINOL as a chiral inductor to protect the N-2 pyridazine position and form the hydroxyl group.
