TL;DR: Results of this study show that adenocarcinoma of the small bowel appears to be somewhat less responsive to chemotherapeutic agents than adenopyrimidines arising in the stomach, as reported in the literature.

TL;DR: Cerebrospinal fluid AZQ concentration peaked 45-90 min after drug administration, reaching about 70% of that in plasma, and then declined at nearly the same rate, as well as the total clearance of the drug was 200 ml/kg/hr.
