Structural, optical, and electrical properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes/polyaniline/Fe3O4 ternary nanocomposites thin film
A. Ibrahim,Mohamed Helmy Abdel-Aziz,Mohamed Helmy Abdel-Aziz,M. Sh. Zoromba,M. Sh. Zoromba,Ahmed F. Al-Hossainy,Ahmed F. Al-Hossainy +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, multi-walled carbon nanotubes/polyaniline/magnetite (MWCNTs/PANI/Fe3O4) ternary nanocomposites were synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, DFT studies, fabrication, and optical characterization of the [ZnCMC]TF polymer (organic/inorganic) as an optoelectronic device
TL;DR: In this paper, a carboxymethyl cellulose zinc thin film [ZnCMC]TF was fabricated using the sol-gel technique, and the molecular structure, FTIR, and optical properties were optimized.
Journal ArticleDOI
Poly(o-phenylenediamine) thin film for organic solar cell applications
M. Sh. Zoromba,M. Sh. Zoromba,Mohamed Helmy Abdel-Aziz,Mohamed Helmy Abdel-Aziz,Mohamed Bassyouni,Mohamed Bassyouni,H. Bahaitham,Ahmed F. Al-Hossainy,Ahmed F. Al-Hossainy +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors synthesize poly(ortho phenylenediamine) (PoPDA) microrods with ladder-type structure and synthesize planar heterojunction solar cells utilizing a 95'±'10'nm of PoPDA film.
Journal ArticleDOI
Doped-poly (para-nitroaniline- co-aniline): Synthesis, semiconductor characteristics, density, functional theory and photoelectric properties
TL;DR: In this article, an aniline-co-para-nitroaniline (PAN4NA) copolymer with a sphere-shaped was synthesized in high acidic medium (pH = 0.55) at room temperature using a facile method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, characterization, and DFT modeling of novel organic compound thin films derived from 2-amino-4-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]triazin-6(7H)-one
TL;DR: In this article, a smooth and effective protocol was proven to produce 2-amino-4-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-6-oxo-4H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]triazine [2aTZ] via one-pot ternary condensation of easily available mercaptoacetic acid, o-vanillin and dicyandiamide along with ammonium acetate (CH3COONH4) as a catalyst.
