Journal ArticleDOI

Completion of the physical map of Xq28: the location of the gene for L1CAM on the human X chromosome.

TL;DR: A reinterpretation of the location of this gene, based on the physical linkage of L1CAM to the more proximal locus DXS15, removes the last contradiction between the maps of this region in the genomes of man and mouse, and confirms the close similarity of order and distances of markers between these organisms.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of Mrgprb2 Receptor-Evoked Ca 2+ Signaling in Bone Marrow Derived (BMMC) and Peritoneal (PMC) Mast Cells of TRPC-Deficient Mice.

TL;DR: PMC is demonstrated that PMC are an appropriate mast cell model to study mechanisms of Mrgprb2 receptor-mediated mast cell activation, and it is revealed that TRPC channels contribute at least partially to MrgPRb2- mediated mast cellactivation but not following FcεRI stimulation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Murine cardiac growth, TRPC channels, and cGMP kinase I.

TL;DR: Investigation of the role of cGMP/cGKI signaling on angiotensin II (A II)-induced cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis in mice indicated an “additive” coupling between both signaling pathways, suggesting that TRPC3 may be necessary for A II-induced cardiachypertrophy.

ARCHITECTURE DESIGN FOR THE SwissFEL LLRF SYSTEM

TL;DR: The architecture design of the LLRF system will be described in this paper with the focus on the fast networks, digital hardware, firmware and software.

SwissFEL C-BAND LLRF PROTOTYPE SYSTEM

TL;DR: In this article, a prototype of the LLRF system consisting of the digital back-end together with a C-band RF front-end was installed in the SwissFEL Cband test facility.
