TL;DR: In this paper, an umbrella review of meta-analyses was conducted to determine the prevalence of anxiety and depression among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the results showed that the overall prevalence of depression was relatively high among health care workers.

A comparative study on the effectiveness of positive psychotherapy and group cognitive-behavioral therapy for the patients suffering from major depressive disorder.
TL;DR: The results show significant differences between the two groups in terms of the variables of happiness and mental distress, suggesting that effectiveness of positive psychotherapy is more than cognitive-behavioral therapy in increasing happiness.
