Dynamics of Fast Reactions in Ionic Liquids
TL;DR: Pulse radiolysis and laser flash photolysis have been used to study solvation processes in quaternary ammonium ionic liquids, which extend into the nanosecond regime and influence the reactivity and energetics of radiolytically generated excess electrons as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Controlling Photoluminescence for Optoelectronic Applications via Precision Fabrication of Quantum Dot/Au Nanoparticle Hybrid Assemblies
Journal ArticleDOI
Macroporous perovskite nanocrystal composites for ultrasensitive copper ion detection.
Hanchen Li,Wenping Yin,Chun Kiu Ng,Ruoxi Huang,Shengrong Du,M.M. Sharma,Bin Li,Gangcheng Yuan,Monika Michalska,Sri Kasi Matta,Yu Chen,Naresh Chandrasekaran,Salvy P. Russo,Neil R. Cameron,Alison M. Funston,Jacek J. Jasieniak +15 more
TL;DR: In this article , a macroporous composite material has been developed featuring luminescent CsPbBr3 nanocrystals (NCs) chemically adhered to a polymerized high internal phase emulsion substrate through surface thiol groups.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mapping bound plasmon propagation on a nanoscale stripe waveguide using quantum dots: influence of spacer layer thickness
TL;DR: It is observed that the photoluminescence is quenched when the QD to metal surface distance is less than 10 nm and the optimised spacer layer thickness for the stripe waveguides was found to be around 20 nm.
