TL;DR: The results provide further evidence for an early endocrine effect of low doses of tamoxifen which may contribute to its favorable impact on breast cancer and the effects of lower doses of tampering with breast cancer prevention warrant further studies.

TL;DR: It is hypothesized that comparison of two alternative less frequent dose regimens with the standard daily dose regimen will show that it is possible to decrease undesirable symptoms of EXE while still effectively reducing serum estradiol.
