Outcome of very young (≤40 years) patients with immunoglobulin light chain (AL) amyloidosis.

TL;DR: Of 3433 patients, 52 (1.5%) were 40 years or younger at the time of diagnosis, with evidence of male and lambda predominance at 60% and 73%, respectively, and weight loss, dyspnea, edema and fatigue were the most common symptoms.
