TL;DR: In this paper , the correlation between the level of proprioceptive control and the number of postural disorders was found to significantly increase with the age of the children, and girls presented significantly better proprioception control in relation to the boys in each age group.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated single stance stability in young adults with lumbar derangement syndrome (LDS) and in the control group of the healthy subjects and found that patients with LDS showed significantly worse proprioceptive control.
