Further Approaches in the Design of Antitumor Agents with Response to Cell Resistance: Looking toward Aza Crown Ether-dtc Complexes.

TL;DR: The dianionic aza crown ether-dtc N,N'-bis(dithiocarbamate)-1,10-diaza-18-crown-6 (L2-) is a versatile ligand capable of yielding binuclear complexes with group 10 elements that is flexible enough to adapt to a variety of environments, as confirmed by the X-ray crystal structures described.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bis-Dithiocarbamates Derived from 1,10-Diaza-18-Crown-6 as Ligand Tectons for 1D, 2D and 3D Supramolecular Structure Arrangements

TL;DR: In this article, aza-crown reaction with an excess of carbon disulfide in the presence and absence of a base (MOH or NEt3 with M = Li, Na, K, Rb and Cs) gave eight bis-dithiocarbamate (bisdtc) salts of compositions [Li2(aza-c Crown-18crown-bischtc)]·5H2O (1), [Na2(expose-meOH), [K2(x-aza-Crown)-bischc
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and conformational changes in [M(1,10-diaza-18-crown-6)Cl2] (M = Pd, Pb) complexes: a crystallographic and theoretical study

TL;DR: In this article, the 1.10-diaza-18-crown-6 isomer PdLCl2(c) was analyzed using a single crystal X-ray diffraction technique and the three crystalline structures showed trans/syn, trans/anti and cis/syn relationships in relation to the Cl-Pd-Cl angle and the hydrogen atoms at the HN−Pd−NH moieties.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural analysis of pyridine-imino boronic esters involving secondary interactions on solid state

TL;DR: In this article, 12 boronic esters (1a-1l) synthesized from 4-halo- substituted arylboronic acids (halo = F, Cl, Br, I and CF3) with 2-amino-2- alkyl (H, Me) -1,3-propanediol in presence of (3 or 4)-pyridine carboxaldehyde are described.
