Abstract 3071: A reconstruction of evolutionary trajectories in primary tissue and PDTOs in a patient with metastatic osteosarcoma

TL;DR: The functional and molecular characterization of a case of a pediatric patient with left distal femur osteosarcoma and pulmonary metastases is presented, and preliminary data show that the subclonal content of the tumor and derivative organoids as well as the PDTO drug responses vary with the patient’s treatment history.
