Journal ArticleDOI
Mass spectra of π-bonded organometallic compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI
Thermochemistry and unimolecular reactions of ionized 1,2-dimesityl-2-phenylethanone and 2,2-dimesityl-1-phenylethanone and their enols and enol acetates in the gas phase
Journal ArticleDOI
Intramolecular electrophilic aromatic substitution in gas‐phase‐protonated difunctional compounds containing one or two arylmethyl groups
TL;DR: The distinctive behavior of the protonated difunctional benzyl derivatives is interpreted in terms of the energy requirements of the O-R bond heterolysis of the Protonated functionalities, the ability of the neutral R' groups to play the role of the nucleophile in the intramolecular electrophilic substitution processes and the electrophilicity of the R(+) ions.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effect of configuration of gas phase protonated ethenedicarboxylates on their low energy collision induced dissociation behaviour
TL;DR: In this article, a triple stage quadrupole mass spectrometer was used to measure low energy collision induced dissociation (CID) spectra of diethyl and dimethyl esters of maleic, fumaric, citraconic and mesaconic acids.
