Microstructural characterization of hydrogen induced cracking in TRIP-assisted steel by EBSD
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated hydrogen induced cracking by performing an elaborate EBSD (Electron BackScatter Diffraction) study in a steel with transformation induced plasticity (TRIP-assisted steel).

Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of deformation and charging conditions on crack and blister formation during electrochemical hydrogen charging
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of deformation induced defects on the hydrogen induced cracking of an ultra-low carbon (ULC) steel by subjecting it to electrochemical hydrogen charging was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterization of hydrogen induced cracking in TRIP-assisted steels
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated hydrogen induced cracking in a TRIP-assisted steel with a multiphase microstructure, containing ferrite, bainite, retained austenite, and some martensite.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrogen permeation through deformed and heat-treated Armco pure iron
TL;DR: In this article, cold deformation was applied to Armco pure iron to increase dislocation density and modify grain boundary characteristics, and the hydrogen diffusivity decreased as the hydrogen trapping ability of the microstructure increased.
