TL;DR: In this article, polycrystalline lead-free Sodium Bismuth Titanate (NBT) ferroelectric ceramics doped with rare earth (RE) element are prepared using solid state reaction method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Indirect and direct electrocaloric measurements of (Ba1−xCax)(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3 ceramics (x = 0.05, x = 0.20)
H. Kaddoussi,H. Kaddoussi,Abdelilah Lahmar,Yaovi Gagou,B. Asbani,J.-L. Dellis,G. Cordoyiannis,B. Allouche,Hamadi Khemakhem,Zdravko Kutnjak,M. El Marssi +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of lead-free (Ba1−xCax) (Zr0.1Ti0.9) O3 ceramics on the reciprocal effect of pyroelectric coefficient was investigated by using two different indirect methods.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dielectric permittivity enhancement and large electrocaloric effect in the lead free (Ba0.8Ca0.2)1-xLa2x/3TiO3 ferroelectric ceramics
B. Asbani,Yaovi Gagou,M. Trček,J.-L. Dellis,M'barek Amjoud,Abdelilah Lahmar,Daoud Mezzane,Zdravko Kutnjak,M. El Marssi +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of La substitution ceramics on grain size and electrocaloric effect (ECE) in BCT matrix using both indirect and direct methods was studied. And the results showed good agreement between the two methods at the same applied electric field.
Journal ArticleDOI
