Herstellung rekombinanter Proteine mit Pichia pastoris in integrierter Prozessführung
Gesine Cornelissen,H.-P. Bertelsen,B. Hahn,M. Schultz,U. Scheffler,E. Werner,H. Leptien,S. Krüß,A.-K. Jansen,T. Gliem,M. Hielscher,B.-U. Wilhelm,E. Sowa,Heinfried H. Radeke,Reiner Luttmann +14 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Process development for production of active pharmaceutical ingredients with pichia pastoris
TL;DR: Integrated Bioprocesses as a direct technological link between methods for the cultivation of the yeast Pichia pastoris and additional down-stream procedures ranging from cross-flow filtration for product recovery up to purification with combined chromatography systems are developed for a fully automated production of recombinant pharmaceutical proteins.
Journal ArticleDOI
Monitoring and Control of Pharmaceutical Protein Production with Sequential Integrated Down Stream Processes
Gesine Cornelissen,H.-P. Bertelsen,B. Hahn,M. Schultz,E. Werner,K. Lenz,U. Scheffler,J. Campos-Nielebock,O. Akinduro,S. Köcher,Heinfried H. Radeke,Olaf Elsholz,Reiner Luttmann +12 more
TL;DR: The methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris is used for expression of pharmaceutical proteins like 1-8del MCP-1 and vMIP-II and here the proteins are secreted and these extra cellular products open new strategies in production processes.
