Journal ArticleDOI

Circular RNA: a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for human cancers.

TL;DR: The most recent research into tumor-related circRNAs is discussed, providing a comprehensive summary of the expression or/and function of thesecircRNAs and proposing rational perspectives on the potential clinical application of circRNas as helpful biomarkers or therapeutic targets in human tumors.
Journal ArticleDOI

An Increased Abundance of Tumor-Infiltrating Regulatory T Cells Is Correlated with the Progression and Prognosis of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

TL;DR: Tregs may promote PDA progression by inhibiting the antitumor immunity of CD8+ T cells at local intratumoral sites, and a high proportion of Tregs in tumor tissues may reflect suppressed antitumors immunity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Single-cell chromatin immunocleavage sequencing (scChIC-seq) to profile histone modification.

TL;DR: Covalent linking of a histone-modification-specific antibody to MNase allows for the isolation of fragments with the desired histone mark, which can be amplified and sequenced, and is sensitive enough to profile histone modifications in single cells.
