Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and biological evaluation of novel sinomenine derivatives as anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent

TL;DR: In this article , a series of novel SIN derivatives was designed and synthesized to improve its anti-inflammatory activity in vitro compared to SIN, and compound 17 significantly inhibited LPS-induced secretion of pro-inflammatory factors NO (IC50 = 30.28 ± 1.70 μM), and suppressed the expression of iNOS, IL-6 and TNF-α in RAW264.7 cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and biological activity evaluation of podophyllotoxin-linked bile acid derivatives as potential anti-liver cancer agents.

TL;DR: The current research displayed that introduction of bile acids contributed to improve selectivity and activity to cell, and compound 23 could be a promising anti-tumor candidate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Explore bioactive ingredients and potential mechanism of Houpo Mahuang decoction for chronic bronchitis based on UHPLC-Q exactive orbitrap HRMS, network pharmacology, and experiment verification.

TL;DR: In this article , Houpo Mahuang Decoction (HPMHD) has been used for clinical treatment of respiratory diseases for thousands of years and its bioactive ingredients, potential targets and molecular mechanism remain unclear.
