Low-intensity focused ultrasound guided dodecafluoropentane-loaded acoustic phase-change nanoparticles for treatment of porcine coronary microthromboembolism.

TL;DR: This study has innovatively established a treatment method using DDFP@NPs combined with LIFU irradiation for coronary thrombolysis and verified its treatment effect with high-efficient throm bolysis in the in-vivo experiments, which can be considered as powerful experimental evident of the novel method for potential clinical use of acute coronary throttle.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ultrasound-controlled nano oxygen carriers enhancing cell viability in 3D GelMA hydrogel for the treatment of myocardial infarction.

TL;DR: In this article , a 3D bio-printed cardiac patch was used to substitute damaged cardiomyocytes in a localized infarct region, and the authors constructed acoustically sensitive nano oxygen carriers to improve cell survival inside the bio-3D printed patch.
Journal ArticleDOI

Value of layer-specific speckle tracking echocardiography for early detection of myocardial injury caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer patients with cardiovascular risk

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the influence of cardiovascular risk factors on myocardial motion and cardiac function using layer-specific speckle tracking echocardiography (STE) during chemotherapy with epirubicin.
