TL;DR: A 56-year-old male patient with a long history of hypertension and diabetes was admitted to the authors' hospital because of lumbar spinal stenosis and was considered an aneurysm after myocardial infarction, instead of pseudoaneurysm, on the basis of the evidence of severe coronary artery disease.
