TL;DR: This work estimates the distributional incidence of health care financing in 13 Asian territories that account for 55% of the Asian population and finds that in most low-/middle-income countries, the better-off not only pay more, they also get more health care.

The effects of patient cost sharing on ambulatory utilization in South Korea.
TL;DR: The results shows that the cost sharing policy in Korea does not efficiently work, it induces inequitable medical service utilization and also it does not decrease moral hazard in the sense that the higher cost-sharing sector is less sensitive to cost sharing.
