Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Fe doping on TiO2 films prepared by spin coating

TL;DR: In this paper, an iron-doped titanium dioxide thin films were characterised for their structural, morphological, and optical properties using X-ray diffraction and laser Raman microspectroscopy, showing that the films consisted solely of the anatase polymorph of titanium dioxide, without any contamination phases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of annealing temperature on titania thin films prepared by spin coating

TL;DR: In this paper, fully dense titania thin films were spin coated on fused quartz substrates under identical conditions and subjected to annealing over the range 750°-900°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fe-doped and Mn-doped titanium dioxide thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, thin films of TiO2 doped with Fe and Mn were deposited on F-doped SnO2-coated glass by spin coating, and the structural, chemical, and optical characteristics of the films were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Mn-doped titania thin films prepared by spin coating

TL;DR: The structural, morphological, and optical properties of the films were investigated by glancing angle X-ray diffraction (GAXRD), laser Raman microspectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-VIS) as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multivalent Mn-doped TiO2 thin films

TL;DR: In this article, thin films of TiO 2 doped with Mn were deposited on F-doped SnO 2 -coated glass using spin coating and examined in terms of the structural, chemical, and optical properties.
