Aging-induced abnormality of dielectric response under dc bias in Ba(Zr, Ti)O3 thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, the dielectric properties of Ba(Zr0.25Ti0.75)O3 thin films have been investigated in light of the symmetry-conforming principle of point defects.
Journal ArticleDOI

The CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing Revolution.

TL;DR: This paper presents a new generation of approaches for introducing targeted modifications of the genome using state-of-the-art sequencing technologies that made it possible to sequence any single genome rapidly and cheaply.
Journal ArticleDOI

Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of meadow fescue (Festuca pratensis Huds.).

TL;DR: A protocol for producing meadow fescue transgenic plants mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens transformation was developed and southern blot analysis revealed that 82% of the tested lines integrated one or two copies of the uidA gene.
