Journal ArticleDOI

Correlation of customer experience with the acceptance of product-service systems and circular economy

TL;DR: In this article, a structural equation model was developed to use the research responses and perform the confirmatory factor analysis of the correlation between the variables of customer experience and acceptance, found in the literature and adapted in the form of statements in a web questionnaire.
Journal ArticleDOI

Wear and corrosion performance of Stellite 6® coatings applied by HVOF spraying and GTAW hotwire cladding

TL;DR: In this article, the wear and corrosion performance of Stellite 6® coatings applied onto substrates of low carbon steel by the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding hot-wire cladding and by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel spraying technologies are compared.
Journal ArticleDOI

Slurry erosion resistance of thermally sprayed Nb2O5 and Nb2O5+WC12Co composite coatings deposited on AISI 1020 carbon steel

TL;DR: In this paper, the erosive wear resistance of thermally sprayed Nb2O5 coatings with and without carbide addition was evaluated, and the results showed that the addition of 25% WC12Co to the coating increased the microhardness and fracture toughness of the coating.
Journal ArticleDOI

Total Productive Maintenance and the Impact of Each Implemented Pillar in the Overall Equipment Effectiveness

TL;DR: In this paper, the impact of each implemented TPM pillar in the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) metric was analyzed, evaluating the performance resulting from each implemented pillar, and the results indicated that the Focused Improvement and Planned Maintenance pillars were implemented in most of the respondent companies, being part of different segments.
Journal ArticleDOI

What’s pregnancy got to do with it? Late presentation to HIV/AIDS services in Northeastern Brazil

TL;DR: The results highlight the importance of analyzing data disaggregated not only by sex but also by pregnancy status to accurately identify the risk factors associated with LP so that programs and policies can effectively and efficiently address LP in Brazil and beyond.
