TL;DR: In this article, a gold layer between the Ti substrate and the PbO2 decreases the resistance of the electrode and the corrosion of an electrode polarized anodically increases with H2SO4 concentration.
Abstract: Ti/Au/PbO2 electrodes have been prepared and their stability in H2SO4 (2–12 mol dm−3) has been studied It has been found that incorporation of a gold layer between the Ti substrate and the PbO2 decreases the resistance of the electrode The corrosion of an electrode polarized anodically increases with H2SO4 concentration especially above 8 mol dm−3 H2SO4

TL;DR: The electrochem prepn of Mn2(SO4)3 [13444-72-9] was studied in concd H2SO4 (15-17M) as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: The electrochem prepn of Mn2(SO4)3 [13444-72-9] was studied in concd H2SO4 (15-17M) The reaction must be effected at high temp (80-90 Deg) and in the presence of Ag ion as catalyst [on SciFinder (R)]

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, the electrochemical hypochlorination of allyl chloride has been studied and it was found that the reaction is best effected using 1 to 1.5 N HCl as the electrolyte, introducing allyl acid as an emulsion and working at low current density (< 150 mA cm−2).
