Review on the research progress of cement-based and geopolymer materials modified by graphene and graphene oxide
TL;DR: In this paper, the research progress of graphene-based nanomaterials in improving the properties of cement-based materials and geopolymer materials, and points out the main challenges and development prospects of such materials in the construction field in the future.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental and numerical investigation on dynamic responses of the umbrella membrane structure excited by heavy rainfall
TL;DR: In this article, the dynamic response of a typical umbrella membrane structure under heavy rainfall load was studied by experimental and numerical methods, and the experiment was conducted in three rainfalls of three rain events.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dynamic response of saddle membrane structure under hail impact
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the dynamic response of a typical four-point pretensioned saddle membrane structure under hail impact load by numerical simulations and experimental studies, and found that the pretension relaxation induced by the hail impact may decrease the critical wind speed of membrane, and significantly increase the risk of membrane instability subject to hailstorm.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mechanical properties and microstructures of hypergolic and calcined coal gangue based geopolymer recycled concrete
TL;DR: In this paper, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the recycled concrete specimens were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, and the microstructure analysis showed that the key factors affecting the mechanical properties of recycled concrete include the internal porous structure, micro-cracks and the interface bonding ability between geopolymer and recycled coarse aggregate.
