Histamine improves rat rota-rod and balance beam performances through H2 receptors in the cerebellar interpositus nucleus
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that histamine enhances rat motor balance and coordination through activation of histamine H(2) receptors in the cerebellar interpositus nucleus and suggest that the hypothalamocerebellar histaminergic projections may play a modulatory role on the Cerebellar circuitry to ensure that movements are accurately executed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Methyl 2‐amino‐4‐(3‐fluorophenyl)‐4H‐benzo[h]chromene‐3‐carboxylate methanol solvate
TL;DR: In this paper, the title compound, C21H16FNO3·CH3OH, was synthesized by the reaction of 1-naphthol with methyl cyanoacetate and 3-fluoro-benzaldehyde in methanol under microwave irradiation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Microwave-Assisted One-Pot Synthesis of 3-Amino-1-aryl-8-bromo-2,4-dicyano-9H-fluorenes in Water
TL;DR: In this article, a series of novel 3-amino-1-aryl-8-bromo -2,4-dicyano-9H-fluorenes derivatives were prepared using arylaldehyde, 4 bromo-indanone, malononitrile, and sodium hydroxide as the reactants in water via one-pot synthesis under microwave irradiation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cyclohexane-fused pyridine derivatives with photophysical properties : synthesis by "three-component" domino reaction and structural optimization by dft calculations
TL;DR: In this article, an environment-friendly and highly efficient method for the preparation of 2-amino-4-phenyl-3-cyano-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinoline derivatives was successfully developed via arylaldehyde, 3,4-dhydro-1(2H)naphthalenone, malononitrile, ammonium acetate in ethanol by "three-component" domino reaction under microwave irradiation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Novel 4-Aryl-2-amino-6-(naphthalene-1-yl)-3-cyanopyridine Derivates as Potential Organic Fluorescent Materials Prepared Under Microwave Irradiation via Three-Component Domino Reactions
TL;DR: In this article, a green and efficient method for direct preparation of 3-cyanopyridine from aromatic aldehydes is reported, which possesses many advantages including greater yield and shorter reaction times compared with traditional methods.
