Inhibition of opioid systems in the hypothalamus as well as the mesolimbic area suppresses feeding behavior of mice
Hiroko Ikeda,Chrismawan Ardianto,Naomi Yonemochi,Lizhe Yang,Takahiro Ohashi,Megumi Ikegami,Hiroshi Nagase,Junzo Kamei +7 more
TL;DR: Results indicate that μ-, δ- and κ-opioid receptors in the LH play a more important role in the regulation of feeding behavior than those receptors inThe VTA and the NAcc.
Journal ArticleDOI
Opioid systems in the lateral hypothalamus regulate feeding behavior through orexin and GABA neurons.
Chrismawan Ardianto,Naomi Yonemochi,Shogo Yamamoto,Lizhe Yang,Fumiko Takenoya,Seiji Shioda,Hiroshi Nagase,Hiroko Ikeda,Junzo Kamei +8 more
TL;DR: Results show that opioid systems in the LH regulate feeding behavior through orexin neurons, and μ- and κ-, but not δ-, opioid receptor antagonists inhibit feeding behavior by activating GABA neurons inThe LH.
Journal ArticleDOI
Signaling Pathway and Transcriptional Regulation in Osteoblasts during Bone Healing: Direct Involvement of Hydroxyapatite as a Biomaterial.
Junaidi Khotib,Maria Apriliani Gani,Aniek Setiya Budiatin,Maria L.A.D. Lestari,Erreza Rahadiansyah,Chrismawan Ardianto +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, a review summarizes the involvement of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), p38, Wnt, and bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) in osteoblastic cellular regulation induced by Hydroxyapatite.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bovine Hydroxyapatite-Based Bone Scaffold with Gentamicin Accelerates Vascularization and Remodeling of Bone Defect.
Aniek Setiya Budiatin,Maria Apriliani Gani,Samirah,Chrismawan Ardianto,Aulia M. Raharjanti,Indah Septiani,Ni Putu K. P. Putri,Junaidi Khotib +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of bovine hydroxyapatite-gelatin-based bone implants with gentamicin as an antibiotic (BHA-GEL-GEN implant) on the regeneration of bone defects in vivo was determined.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quercetin attenuates acute predator stress exposure-evoked innate fear and behavioral perturbation.
TL;DR: Repeated predator stress exposure causes both innate fear and depression-like state for the prey animals and quercetin may have a protective effect against depression and alleviates the fear of traumatic events.
