A novel hybrid supramolecular network assembled from perfect π-π stacking of an anionic inorganic layer and a cationic hydronium-ion-mediated organic layer

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis and characterization of a three-dimensional inorganic-organic hybrid network is described, and the crystal structure of 1 shows that the 3D network assembly is based on a combination of two types of grid-building sub-units of (6,3) topology: an anionic metal-organic coordination honeycomb grid, and a cationic hydronium-ion-mediated organic honeycomb grids.
Journal ArticleDOI

New synthesis of [SFe3(CO)9]2- and its reactivity toward electrophiles

TL;DR: In this article, the basic sites of [SFe3(CO)9]2- are studied in terms of the differing electrophiles, and a novel pentacoordinate bonding mode of the sulfur atom is also found in cluster IV.
Journal ArticleDOI

The synthesis of 2,2-disubstituted 3-nitrochromenes from salicylaldehyde and 2,2-disubstituted 1-nitroalkenes

TL;DR: In this paper, Salicylaldehyde was used to synthesize 3-nitrochromenes in the presence of 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2] octane (DABCO) at 40 °C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reactivity of [SeFe3(CO)9]2- with Electrophiles: Formation of [SeFe2Ru3(CO)14]2-, [SeFe3(CO)9(μ-HgI)]-, Fe2(CO)6(μ-SeCHPhSe), and Se2Fe2(CO)6(μ-CH2)2

TL;DR: In this article, the tetrahedral complex [SeFe3(CO)9]2- with some transition-metal complexes and organic halides was investigated, and the reaction of [Et4N]2[SeFe2Ru3 (CO)14] with Ru3(Co)12 in acetone was shown to yield the HgI-bridged mixed-metal clique [1].
