Convenient and efficient method for synthesis of substituted 2-amino-2-chromenes using catalytic amount of iodine and K2CO3 in aqueous medium
Yi-Ming Ren,Chun Cai +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a simple and efficient method for synthesis of substituted 2-amino-2-chromenes by the reaction of arylidenemalononitriles and 1-naphthol or via one-pot three-component condensation of aromatic aldehydes with malononitrile and 1 naphthols has been developed by using the inexpensive and environmentally friendly reagent I2/K2CO3 in aqueous medium.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polymer-supported macrocyclic Schiff base palladium complex: An efficient and reusable catalyst for Suzuki cross-coupling reaction under ambient condition
TL;DR: Polymer-supported macrocyclic Schiff base palladium complex was prepared and characterized in this article, which exhibits excellent catalytic activity and stability for Suzuki cross-coupling reaction under ambient condition.
Journal ArticleDOI
Facile and selective hydrogenolysis of β-O-4 linkages in lignin catalyzed by Pd–Ni bimetallic nanoparticles supported on ZrO2
TL;DR: In this paper, the β-O-4 linkage in lignin can be selectively cleaved by Pd-Ni bimetallic nanoparticles supported on ZrO2 using hydrogen gas as the hydrogen donor under ambient pressure and neutral conditions.
