Stochastic Processes in Physics and Chemistry

We develop a special phase field/diffusive interface method to model the nuclear architecture reorganization process. In particular, we use a Lagrange multiplier approach in the phase field model to preserve the specific physical and geometrical constraints for the biological events. We develop several efficient and robust linear and weakly nonlinear schemes for this new model. To validate the model and numerical methods, we present ample numerical simulations which in particular reproduce several processes of nuclear architecture reorganization from the experiment literature.

Modeling and simulation of nuclear architecture reorganization process using a phase field approach.

We prove the existence of both local and global smooth solutions to the Cauchy problem in the whole space and the periodic problem in the n-dimensional torus for the incompressible viscoelastic system of Oldroyd-B type in the case of near equilibrium initial data. The results hold in both two and three dimensional spaces. The results and methods presented in this paper are also valid for a wide range of elastic complex fluids, such as magnetohydrodynamics, liquid crystals and mixture problems.

Global Solutions for Incompressible Viscoelastic Fluids

Various biological and abiotic factors influence the process of sludge bulking, showing a high degree of nonlinearity. Various inducing factors interact with each other and have strong coupling. In theory, the artificial neural network can approximate any nonlinear system with any precision, so it is determined to use a neural network algorithm for prediction. The Middle BP algorithm is the most common and effective method. This paper proposes a prediction method based on the BP neural network optimized by the grey wolf optimization algorithm and chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm to predict the trend of sludge bulking, in which the grey wolf algorithm and messy particle swarm optimization method are used to optimize the neural network algorithm. This algorithm can solve the problems of the BP neural network in the early stage, such as convergence, easy falling into the local minimum value, too dependent on the early weight, and effectively improve the neural network's calculation speed and prediction accuracy.
