Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient and Stable White LEDs with Silica-Coated Inorganic Perovskite Quantum Dots
Chun Sun,Yu Zhang,Cheng Ruan,Chunyang Yin,Xiaoyong Wang,Yiding Wang,William W. Yu,William W. Yu +7 more
TL;DR: A white light-emitting diode (0.33, 0.33) is fabricated using perovskite quantum dot/silica composites and is shown to have greatly improved stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
Superior Optical Properties of Perovskite Nanocrystals as Single Photon Emitters.
Fengrui Hu,Huichao Zhang,Huichao Zhang,Chun Sun,Chunyang Yin,Bihu Lv,Chunfeng Zhang,William W. Yu,Xiaoyong Wang,Yu Zhang,Min Xiao,Min Xiao +11 more
TL;DR: The observation of single photon emission from single CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) synthesized from a facile colloidal approach is reported, paving the way toward quantum-light applications of perovSKite NCs in various quantum information processing schemes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Slow Auger Recombination of Charged Excitons in Nonblinking Perovskite Nanocrystals without Spectral Diffusion
Fengrui Hu,Chunyang Yin,Huichao Zhang,Huichao Zhang,Chun Sun,William W. Yu,Chunfeng Zhang,Xiaoyong Wang,Yu Zhang,Min Xiao,Min Xiao +10 more
TL;DR: It is shown that nonblinking PL is readily available in the newly synthesized perovskite CsPbI3 NCs and that their Auger recombination of charged excitons is greatly slowed down, as signified by a PL lifetime about twice shorter than that of neutral excitONS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bright-Exciton Fine-Structure Splittings in Single Perovskite Nanocrystals
Chunyang Yin,Liyang Chen,Nan Song,Yan Lv,Fengrui Hu,Chun Sun,William W. Yu,Chunfeng Zhang,Xiaoyong Wang,Yu Zhang,Min Xiao,Min Xiao +11 more
TL;DR: The above findings have prepared an efficient platform suitable for probing exciton and spin dynamics of semiconductor nanostructures at the visible-wavelength range, from which a variety of practical applications such as in entangled photon-pair source and quantum information processing can be envisioned.
Journal ArticleDOI
Critical role of additive-induced molecular interaction on the operational stability of perovskite light-emitting diodes
Chaoyang Kuang,Zhangjun Hu,Zhongcheng Yuan,Kaichuan Wen,Jian Qing,Jian Qing,Libor Kobera,Sabina Abbrent,Jiri Brus,Chunyang Yin,Heyong Wang,Weidong Xu,Jianpu Wang,Sai Bai,Feng Gao +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the dicarboxylic acids were incorporated into the precursor for perovskite depositions to improve operational stability of high efficiency perov-skite light-emitting diodes.
