Journal ArticleDOI
Antigen presenting cell-selective drug delivery by glycan-decorated nanocarriers.
Theresa Frenz,Elena Grabski,Verónica Durán,Constantin Hozsa,Anna Stępczyńska,Marcus Furch,Robert K. Gieseler,Ulrich Kalinke +7 more
TL;DR: In order to further enhance the targeting efficacy toward APCs, receptor-mediated uptake appears advisable and further research will elucidate whether glycan-decorated liposomes will not only enhance APCs targeting but also enable preferential delivery of their payload to discrete subcellular compartments.
Journal ArticleDOI
Simplified 89Zr-Labeling Protocol of Oxine (8-Hydroxyquinoline) Enabling Prolonged Tracking of Liposome-Based Nanomedicines and Cells
András Polyák,Jens P. Bankstahl,Karen F. W. Besecke,Constantin Hozsa,Wiebke Triebert,Rajeswara Rao Pannem,Felix Manstein,Thomas Borcholte,Marcus Furch,Robert Zweigerdt,RK Gieseler,RK Gieseler,Frank M. Bengel,Tobias L. Ross +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for the preparation of the highly lipophilic labeling synthon [89Zr]Zr(oxinate)4 was optimized for the radiolabeling of liposomes and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs).
