Journal ArticleDOI

In vivo quantitative bioluminescence tomography using heterogeneous and homogeneous mouse models

TL;DR: The data suggest that the reconstruction based on heterogeneous mouse model is more accurate in localization and quantification than the homogeneity mouse model with appropriate optical parameters and that BLT allows super-early tumor detection in vivo based on tomographic reconstruction of heterogeneous mice model signal.
Journal ArticleDOI

Merocyanine dyes containing an isoxazolone nucleus: Synthesis, X-ray crystal structures, spectroscopic properties and DFT studies

TL;DR: In this article, two merocyanine dyes, each with an isoxazolone nucleus, were synthesized and characterized by NMR, IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, elemental analyses and single X-ray diffraction.
Journal ArticleDOI

In Vivo Wound Healing Activity of Abrus cantoniensis Extract.

TL;DR: Excision and incision model tests results indicated that the EA fraction of A. cantoniensis showed a significant wound healing capacity at a concentration of 5% (v/w) (p < 0.01) as observed by the increased wound contraction, decreased epithelialization time, and increased hydroxyproline content compared to the ones of the controls.
Journal ArticleDOI

A photo-triggered conjugation approach for attaching RGD ligands to biodegradable mesoporous silica nanoparticles for the tumor fluorescent imaging

TL;DR: The photo-triggered one-spot reaction can give a stable crosslinker in a biocompatible manner for bioconjugation with nanoparticles and produce a fluorescent group that is suitable for imaging in vivo.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structure-inherent near-infrared fluorescent probe mediates apoptosis imaging and targeted drug delivery in vivo

TL;DR: A novel and simple one-step synthetic method for producing monocarboxylate near-infrared cyanine dyes that may offer the advantages of NIR apoptosis imaging probes for non-invasive tumor imaging and should provide the application for targeted drug delivery and the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.
