Validation of an HPV16-mediated Carcinogenesis Mouse Model
Katherine Marie De Azambuja,Provabati Barman,Joy Toyama,David Elashoff,Gregory W. Lawson,Lisa K. Williams,Kristofer Chua,Deborah Lee,Joseph J. Kehoe,André Brodkorb,Rebecca S Schwiebert,Scott G. Kitchen,Aamir Bhimani,Dorothy J. Wiley +13 more
TL;DR: Histology showed that the HPV16-E7 transgene more than doubled the effect of complete carcinogenesis against a C57BL/6 background alone, strongly influencing the number, size, and time-to-maximal tumor burden for DMBA-exposed transgenic-C57bl/6 mice.
Journal Article
Correlation of a novel noninvasive tissue oxygen saturation monitor to serum central venous oxygen saturation in pediatric patients with postoperative congenital cyanotic heart disease.
TL;DR: This study shows a moderate relationship and agreement between StO2 and ScvO2 measurements in pediatric patients with a history of congenital cyanotic heart disease undergoing a cardiac surgical procedure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sentinel lymph node melanoma metastases: Assessment of tumor burden for clinical prediction of outcome in the first Multicenter Selective Lymphadenectomy Trial (MSLT-I).

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors examined sentinel lymph node (SLN) metastases from patients participating in an international clinical trial and compared several methods of tumor burden quantification for correlation with non-SLN metastasis and melanoma-specific survival.
Journal ArticleDOI
437: Obesity is an Independent Predictor of Biochemical Failure Following Radical Prostatectomy
Stephen J. Freedland,William J. Aronson,Christopher J. Kane,Joseph C. Presti,Christopher L. Amling,David Elashoff,Martha K. Terris +6 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Randomized phase III trial of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT molecular imaging for prostate cancer salvage radiotherapy planning [PSMA-SRT].
TL;DR: This is the first prospective randomized phase 3 trial designed to determine whether PET/CT can improve outcome of SRT in patients with BCR and main pitfalls in study design include drop-out of patients randomized to the control arm and potential FDA approval of PSMA PET imaging probes in the near future.
