Rearranging Low-Dimensional Phase Distribution of Quasi-2D Perovskites for Efficient Sky-Blue Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes.

TL;DR: Efficient sky-blue perovskite LEDs are reported by rearranging low-dimensional phase distribution in quasi-2Dperovskites by sodium ion and optimizing the phase distribution and film morphology by Pb content.
Journal ArticleDOI

Boosting the performance of CsPbBr3-based perovskite light-emitting diodes via constructing nanocomposite emissive layers

TL;DR: In this article, a facile approach to grow quasi-2D CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBR6 nanocomposite films as the emissive layers (EMLs) for efficient PeLEDs by simply introducing excess CsBr in the precursor solution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Efficient Red Perovskite Light‐Emitting Diodes with Reduced Efficiency Roll‐Off Enabled by Manipulating Crystallization of Quasi‐2D Perovskites

TL;DR: In this article , an efficient red perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) with high luminance and low efficiency roll-off was demonstrated by manipulating the crystallization kinetics of phenethylamine bromide (PEABr) incorporated CsPbI3.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low-dimensional phase suppression and defect passivation of quasi-2D perovskites for efficient electroluminescence and low-threshold amplified spontaneous emission.

TL;DR: Significantly reduced nonradiative losses in the quasi-2D perovskite films are achieved by tailoring the low-dimensional phase components and lowering the density of trap states, which enable not only the green light-emitting diodes with a high external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 16.3%, but also the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) with a low threshold of 2.6 μJ cm-2.
Journal ArticleDOI

Low Threshold, High Q-Factor Optically Pumped Organic Lasers and Exciton Dynamics in OLEDs under High Current Density: Singlet–Triplet Annihilation Effect and toward Electrical Injection Lasing

TL;DR: In this article , the lasing and electroluminescence properties of a new organic gain material, named PIO, with low STA were investigated and it was shown that PIO exhibits remarkable optical gain and EL performance.
