Superconformal inflationary α-attractors

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors generalize this class of superconformal inflationary models by introducing a parameter α inversely proportional to the curvature of the inflaton Kahler manifold.
Journal ArticleDOI

Superconformal Inflationary $\alpha$-Attractors

TL;DR: Recently, a broad class of superconformal inflationary models was found leading to a universal observational prediction $n_s=1-2/N$ and $r=12/N^2$.
Journal ArticleDOI

Unity of Cosmological Inflation Attractors

TL;DR: The aim of this Letter is to elucidate the common denominator of these attractors: their robust predictions stem from a joint pole of order 2 in the kinetic term of the inflaton field in the Einstein frame formulation prior to switching to the canonical variables.
Journal ArticleDOI

Universal attractor for inflation at strong coupling.

TL;DR: A novel nonminimal coupling between gravity and the inflaton sector is introduced and for large values of this coupling all models asymptote to a universal attractor, located in the "sweet spot" of parameter values that are preferred by Planck's recent results.
