Journal ArticleDOI
Oleate-based hydrothermal preparation of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles, and their magnetic properties with respect to particle size and surface coating
TL;DR: In this article, a facile and high-yield synthesis of cobalt ferrite nanoparticles by hydrothermal hydrolysis of Co-Fe oleate in the presence of pentanol/octanol/toluene and water at 180 or 220°C was presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hydrothermal synthesis, characterization, and magnetic properties of cobalt chromite nanoparticles
Dominika Zákutná,A. Repko,Irena Matulková,Daniel Nižňanský,Andrea Ardu,Carla Cannas,A. Mantlikova,Jana Vejpravova +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the CoCr2O4 nanoparticles were obtained by hydrothermal treatment of chromium and cobalt oleates in a mixture of solvents (water and ethanol or pentanol) at various temperatures.

Journal ArticleDOI
Morphological and crystallographic orientation of hematite spindles in an applied magnetic field.
Dominika Zákutná,Yannic Falke,Dominique Dresen,Sylvain Prévost,Philipp Bender,Dirk Honecker,Sabrina Disch +6 more
TL;DR: The results strongly suggest the tendency for uniaxial anisotropy but indicate significant thermal fluctuations of the particle moments within the hematite basal plane.
Journal ArticleDOI
The growth of zinc phthalocyanine thin films by pulsed laser deposition
Michal Novotný,Jakub Šebera,Amina Bensalah-Ledoux,Stephan Guy,Jiří Bulíř,Přemysl Fitl,Přemysl Fitl,Jan Vlček,Jan Vlček,Dominika Zákutná,Eva Marešová,Eva Marešová,Pavel Hubík,Irena Kratochvílová,Martin Vrňata,Ján Lančok +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the growth of ZnPc thin film was in situ monitored using transmission measurement in ultraviolet-visible spectral range, and the optical properties in conjunction with density functional theory/time-dependent density functional theories calculations suggested the film growth of the film in β-phase.
