Journal ArticleDOI
Expressions of adenosine A2A receptors in coronary arteries and peripheral blood mononuclear cells are correlated in coronary artery disease patients.
Vlad Gariboldi,Donato Vairo,Régis Guieu,Marion Marlingue,Eleonore Ravis,David Lagier,Alissa Mari,Elsa Thery,Frederic Collart,Marine Gaudry,Laurent Bonello,Franck Paganelli,Jocelyne Condo,Nathalie Kipson,Emmanuel Fenouillet,Jean Ruf,Giovanna Mottola +16 more
TL;DR: A 2A R expression on PBMC was lower in patients than in controls (0.83±0.31 vs 1.2± 0.35 arbitrary units) as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Towards Addressing the Body Electrolyte Environment via Sweat Analysis:Pilocarpine Iontophoresis Supports Assessment of Plasma Potassium Concentration.
Donato Vairo,Laurie Bruzzese,Marion Marlinge,Lea Fuster,Nabil Adjriou,Nathalie Kipson,Philippe Brunet,Jennifer Cautela,Yves Jammes,Giovanna Mottola,Stéphane Burtey,Jean Ruf,Jean Ruf,Régis Guieu,Emmanuel Fenouillet,Emmanuel Fenouillet +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors found no correlation between plasma and sweat parameters when exercise-induced sweat was analyzed, and could identify a correlation only between plasma electrolyte concentration and sweat potassium concentration (R = 0.78, p < 0.01) when sweat was induced using pilocarpine iontophoresis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Rapid Measurement of Adenosine Concentration in Human Blood Using FixedPotential Amperometry: Comparison with Mass Spectrometry and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
Marion Marlinge,Donato Vairo,Viviana Marolda,Laurie Bruzzese,Nabil Adjriou,Claire Guiol,Nathalie Kipson,Anna Bonnardel,Marguerite Gastaldi,François Kerbaul,Pierre Michelet,Jean Claude Deharo,Giovanna Mottola,Patrick Mace,Mohamed Chefrour,Régis Guieu +15 more
TL;DR: A good correlation between adenosine values measured by FAP and LC-MS/MS in whole blood and between LCMS/ MS and HPLC in plasma is found and mean adenosines concentration was higher in patients whatever the method used.
Journal ArticleDOI
Extracellular vesicles with ubiquitinated adenosine A2A receptor in plasma of patients with coronary artery disease.
TL;DR: Data show that ubiquitinated A2AR‐containing EV circulate in the plasma of CAD patients and that this presence is related to hyperhomocysteinemia, indicating that A2 AR in plasma EV could be a useful tool for diagnosis and a promising drug for the treatment of CAD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Adenosine plasma level in patients with paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation and normal heart during ablation procedure and/or cardioversion.
Baptiste Maille,Marion Marlinge,Donato Vairo,Giovanna Mottola,Linda Koutbi,Pierre Deharo,Marguerite Gastaldi,Marine Gaudry,Claire Guiol,Sara Bottone,Patrick Mace,Rosita Gueant,Mohamed Chefrour,Elsa Martinez,Pierre Michelet,Jean-Louis Guéant,Alain Boussuges,Jean Ruf,Emmanuel Fenouillet,Jean Claude Deharo,Régis Guieu,Frédéric Franceschi +21 more
TL;DR: The occurrence of AF is associated with a strong increase of APL in the atrium, and both normalized in sinus rhythm andCV-APL was higher in patients with persistent AF vs patients with paroxysmal AF.
