Rapid generation of functional human IgG antibodies derived from Fab-on-phage display libraries
Thomas Jostock,Marc Vanhove,Eddy Brepoels,Rein van Gool,Marc Daukandt,Anita Wehnert,Rob van Hegelsom,Dan Dransfield,Daniel J. Sexton,Mary Devlin,Art Ley,Jürgen Müllberg +11 more
TL;DR: The technology allows the generation and production of antigen-specific complete human antibodies as fast or even faster than raising monoclonal antibodies by conventional hybridoma techniques.

Journal ArticleDOI
Development and Characterization of Mouse-Specific Anti-Tau Monoclonal Antibodies: Relevance for Analysis of Murine Tau in Cerebrospinal Fluid.
Dina Rodrigues Martins,Marc Vandermeeren,Kristof Van Kolen,Eddy Brepoels,M. Borgers,Cindy Wintmolders,Charlotte Delay,Astrid Bottelbergs,Marc Mercken,Clara Theunis +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors developed human and mouse tau-specific antibodies to discriminate between the endogenous tau and the introduced form in preclinical models, which can be very important tools to better interpret the results obtained from different model systems as well as to study the role of endogenous Tau in tau aggregation and pathology observed in diverse mouse models available.
