Journal ArticleDOI

Studies on succinic dehydrogenase. II. Isolation and properties of the dehydrogenase from beef heart.

TL;DR: The present paper deals with the purification of the dehydrogenase from beef heart mitochondria and surveys some of its salient catalytic properties and protein characteristics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Studies on the respiratory chain-linked reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dehydrogenase. vi. further purification and properties of the enzyme from beef heart.

TL;DR: The reduced nicotinamide dinucleotide dehydrogenase of the respiratory chain has been further purified by gradient centrifugations at pH 10.0 and it is shown that NADH dehydrogen enzyme contributes to the acid-extractable flavin of these preparations only to a very minor extent.
