TL;DR: This study provides the first complete pharmacokinetic profile of the absorption of THC and appearance of metabolites during marijuana smoking, which has implications for understanding the mechanisms underlying the performance-impairing effects of marijuana, as well as for aiding forensic interpretation of cannabinoid blood levels.

TL;DR: Investigation of buprenorphine pharmacokinetics by different routes of administration at dosages approximating those used in opioid-dependence studies found that the terminal elimination half-life of norbuprenorphines was longer than bupenorphine and the mean peak plasma concentrations were less than 1 ng/mL.

Caffeine content of specialty coffees
TL;DR: In this study, the coffees sold as decaffeinated were found to have caffeine concentrations less than 17.7mg/dose, and there was a wide range in caffeine content present in caffeinated coffees ranging from 58 to 259 mg/dose.
